About Axton
Axton Choufi was born and raised in Edmonton and St. Albert, and after eight years working in oil and gas across Alberta and Canada, he came back to what he knows best - the communities he grew up in and the people who call them home.
His background in oil and gas gave him something that translates directly into real estate: the ability to stay calm under pressure, manage complex processes, and communicate clearly with people who have a lot at stake. Those aren't soft skills for Axton - they're habits built over nearly a decade of working in demanding environments across the country.
Real estate was a natural next step. Axton is drawn to the human side of the work - the moment a first-time buyer gets the keys, the relief a family feels when a move comes together smoothly, the confidence an investor gains when the numbers make sense. He works with clients across the full spectrum, from entry-level residential to rural properties, investment opportunities, and luxury listings, covering Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and the surrounding communities.
