A Red Seal Certified Journeyman Carpenter with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Alberta's residential construction and restoration industry, Safdar has spent his career reading homes from the inside out. He knows what quality workmanship looks like, what shortcuts cost over time, and what a renovation is actually worth before anyone puts a number on it. That knowledge doesn't come from a course. It comes from being the person holding the tools.

Safdar has lived in Edmonton for 25 years and has spent the past several years buying, renovating, and selling residential properties himself. He came to real estate the same way he approaches everything: by doing the work first and understanding what clients are actually navigating when they walk into a transaction.

Now a licensed REALTOR® with Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate, Safdar works with buyers and sellers across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.
